- Initial interview - A conversation with the hiring team - in person or teleconference - to understand you and your skills a little better.
- Practical interview - Either a written task or a demo/portfolio related to the role you are applying for. Teachers deliver a lesson and are observed.
- Final interview - A conversation with the hiring manager before offer decisions are made.
